Bedford Day is on Saturday, Sept 20th! This is a great community event where we can connect with hundreds of our neighbors and invite them to learn more about Anthem and why we are here!
There is a parade followed by and a community fair where we will be giving out goodies at our booth.
We have two main ways to be involved:
1. Walk in the parade (10:30am) - We would love to have as many Anthem people as possible join us for this 1 mile walk through the Bedford town center as we pass out gifts to the crowds
2. Serve at the booth (Time Slots Below) - Join 1 of 2 shifts to pass out cotton candy and do face painting for kids.

DETAILS:
There are 3 time slots and teams that we need
Set up team will set up our booth and get everything ready for the day. They will need to be there at 9 and stay till around 10am when the day starts.
Morning team - will set up the booth from 9:00am and work at the booth from 10am-12pm
Afternoon team- will work at the booth from 12pm - 2pm. The fair ends at 2pm and this shift will also pack down the booth.
